Terms of Service

1. Services

Voios provides AI-powered voice and scheduling software for business use. Service features and pricing are outlined in your Service Agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate onboarding information and keep it current.
• Maintain lawful use of the platform and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Ensure all uploaded or integrated data is authorized for use.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are billed in advance according to your plan. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly charge. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content are owned by Voios, Inc. Clients retain ownership of their business data and call content.

5. Limitations of Liability

Voios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30-days’ written notice. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for prior months.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
